Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing may take longer when an item is unavailable or during unusually busy periods.

Delivery

Delivery typically takes 7 to 9 business days after processing. Weather, holidays, carrier operations and address issues may affect the actual delivery date.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may be delivered by EVRi, Yodel, Royal Mail or Relay. Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available.

Customs charges

Any import duty, tax or local charge assessed by the destination authority is the customer's responsibility.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or missing, email service@mail.vordelia.com with your order number and supporting photos where relevant.
