Available payment options

The payment methods currently available for your order are shown during checkout. Please use only an option displayed on the checkout page for your order.

Currency

Orders on vordelia.com are shown and charged in GBP. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or processing fees.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, the order confirmation page and confirmation email provide the order details. Keep the order number for future enquiries.

Payment issues

If checkout reports a failed or pending payment, do not submit repeated payments. Check your payment account first, then email service@mail.vordelia.com with the order number and the time of the attempt. Never send full card details by email.
