Returns Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Email service@mail.vordelia.com before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return conditions

Items should be unused, in their original packaging and include the original accessories. Sealed items must remain sealed. Returns sent without prior instructions may not be accepted.

Changed your mind

For an eligible return requested because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Email service@mail.vordelia.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Eligible faulty-item returns may receive a prepaid return label and may be resolved with a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours if the order has not been dispatched. If it has already shipped, the return process above applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
